“Let's get together to encourage and share knowledge as we grow to be Agile."

The purpose of this group is to share knowledge and encourage each other to continue to grow in our Agile journey.

Knowledge sharing - This can be in the form of presentations during the meetup times, mentoring within the group, open forum communication without judgement, or having 1:1 conversations to understand other points of view.

Encouraging Success - As Agile and Technology professionals, we all have different skill-sets but understand the importance of support and encouragement to elevate individual success. This encouragement can be in the form of mentoring, providing viewpoints on different scenarios or helping one another get certified or trained in agile and technology certifications. The ways to encourage and elevate one another are limitless.

Agile Journey - We are all walking a different path on our journey to be Agile. Learning about the different roles and challenges we all face can help us all understand one another a little better.

Open Forum Communication is encouraged! The organizers and "connectors" strive to make this meetup an exceptional experience. To successfully do that, we all must agree to open communication, without judgement or embarrassment. This is a safe place to truly share challenges, so we must all feel comfortable and be willing to ask questions.
