"iPractice" is a response to the desire we all have to better the quality of our lives mentally, emotionally & spiritually. We teach practices, have discussions and in class experiences to create clarity in the parts of the human experience that are painful and confusing - to uplift us to the next level of our evolution. What is it like to be completely in the Present? How do we get there and how do we stay?
Join us for a uniquely guided, present moment meditation, where we address these big questions and more. During this hour together, we will experience our minds, bodies and emotions in a new way, in a way that produces complete relaxation, a still mind and most importantly, the understanding of how you became that way.
After we have settled our minds, we will have the freedom to explore ourselves in a way that the “normal,” agitated mind does not afford - we will discover who we are at our core. This guided exploration will be personal to you, adding something that can be useable in each moment of your week ahead.
Afterward, we will open it up to a group discussion for any who want to contribute. The focus of our discussion will be how to apply this understanding to our lives for the purpose of resolving problems and producing the greater fulfillment we all know is possible.
The last Thursday of each month at 6pm (CENTRAL time), 1 hour long.
