Join me this Sunday, Feb. 10th at WellSpring Yoga from 9-10 AM for a meditation practice that can be done lying down or sitting. iRest is an evidence based method of reducing anxiety, symptoms of PTSD, insomnia, depression, chronic pain and more. Since I've practiced iRest for the last 5 years I feel more calm and patient, my relationships are more loving. I'm more compassionate towards myself and others. I feel way more peaceful. It is a very accessible way to meditate. Can be done in a class setting or privately. I do private sessions at my office. Come check it out! Class fee is $10.
