Whether you are a beginner or advanced, iRest Yoga Nidra is a relaxing inquiry that connects you to that part of your self that has always been whole. Practiced either lying down or sitting, this guided meditation is an evidence based method of reducing anxiety, symptoms of PTSD, insomnia, depression, chronic pain and more. Since I've practiced iRest for the last 5 years I feel more calm and patient, my relationships are more loving. I'm more compassionate towards myself and others. I feel way more peaceful. It is a very accessible way to meditate. Can be done in a class setting or privately. I do private sessions at my office. Come check it out! Class fee is $10.
