What we're about
This is a sitting meditation group and class for anyone who is interested in developing a meditation practice, and the benefits of a calmer, clearer mind. Sitting meditation will also help you to expose and replace our negative patterns we have developed. It is very beneficial for anyone who experiences stress, anxiety or depression. There will be instruction as well as interesting concepts that will give you a larger tool box. We will also explore techniques designed to enforce your practice throughout the day.
We will begin with ideas and instruction, sit silently for between 20 to thirty minutes and end with discussion.
