We got a good meeting set up for everyone. Nate Bolt, El Presidente of Bolt|Peters will be joining us to talk about his new book Remote Research. Nate has overseen hundreds of remote user research studies for Sony, Oracle, HP, Greenpeace, Electronic Arts, and others. Beginning in 2003, he led the creation of the first moderated remote user research software, Ethnio, which is being used around the world to recruit hundreds of thousands of live participants for research.
Rosenfeld media, the publisher of Remote Research has generously given us a 20% discount on the book. So if you want to come to the event prepared with some intelligent questions for Nate, get your order in.
Discount Code: SOSALANZ (i didn't pick the code, it's just a freak coincidence)
The event location is quite nice as well. The Coloft is a dynamic, creative, and highly productive workspace and community. Our members include entrepreneurs, startups, small business owners, developers, freelancers, creatives, consultants, telecommuters, and other independents. But the Coloft is more than just desks, chairs, and meeting rooms. It's about providing independents with an awesome atmosphere where they can work, network, and prosper alongside like-minded people in a community.
Vivid Resources has graciously stepped up to sponsor our event.
