Do you know how to put on a harness, tie in, belay a climber (including holding falls) and lower off under control, without supervision or assistance? If not, please do a beginner or refresher course before you come to your first meetup. Thanks!

I may need a bit of guidance to get my knowledge up to speed, but i think i passed the tests, thanks to a bit of guidance from one of the group organisers.

Introduction

Started climbing 25 years ago, when I got the bug with Venture Scouts. Had quite a few years off, but am looking forward to meeting new climbers to brush up my technique, and lose any bad habits.
