Do you know how to put on a harness, tie in, belay a climber (including holding falls) and lower off under control, without supervision or assistance? If not, please do a beginner or refresher course before you come to your first meetup. Thanks!

Introduction

Hi I've been mainly concentrating on mountaineering up until now , but my knees ache so much Ive decided to evolve into a climber..just pushing grade 5 but don't have a reg climbing pal.Get in touch if you feel like climbing one day/eve.

What sheila is saying about this Meetup Group

its a good thing...i like the fact that there's a possibility of meets for outdoor climbs.
