Are you being called to experience the exhilarating and healing cold of an ice bath? Join us for a community plunge into the icy depths so you too can experience the triumph of intentional cold exposure and the many health benefits!
We do believe that the fastest way to strip fat from your body is cold exposure! The release of cold shock proteins and the activation of brown fat is a game changer.
You will also supercharge your metabolism, clean up your cells of damage and debris, and override your primitive fear and survival systems with intentional control... the visceral practice of stepping through your fears and into the icy waters! And you will be supported and cheered on by guides and a compassionate community!
Please come out for the potluck to check out the vibe if you are not ready yet to plunge. Several folks just come for the potluck and enjoy the community, connection, and conversation! There is no charge to attend the potluck!

The ice bath plunge is optional and for those who are a "Hell Yes!" at this time in their lives. Everyone is invited to experience the opening circle, activation, community potluck, and closing circle.
Bring your curiosity, openness, and courageous heart, and see if you find the inspiration to join the plunge at the next gathering!
What to bring if you choose to plunge:
- Swimsuit or attire to enter the water.
- Towel
- Warm, comfy clothes to change into and warm up if needed.
- Sandals
- Pen and paper for integration
- Potluck to share with the community
