10 mile plan people, up a bit, 9 miles.
15 mile plan people: back to 12 miles.
Everybody ... Just like last week, but not quite: pick *3* miles in the middle of your long run and hammer them at half-marathon pace. Half-marathon pace ... not tempo, not 200 at the track, not "hey look at the bunny". Half-marathon pace. Make sure you finish with at least 3 miles at long run pace.
