The second goal in my training for the Boise Grand Slam! I want to hike Cervidae and Lucky Peak back to back before winter and will be attempting it September 21.

Now that the date is getting close, the weather looks like it will be good, so the only question will be weather the smoke clears or not.

Reminder: Cervidae is 4.4 miles with 1,883 feet of elevation gain. Lucky peak (or at least my preferred route) is 8.8 miles and 2,381 feet of elevation gain. This means we will be hiking 13.2 miles with 4,264 feet of elevation gain.

Notes

* No bathrooms anywhere we are going
* Carpooling will be a must
* Bring lots of water
* Bring food as we won't finish until quite a while after lunch.
