About our speakers:
Nick Manfredi is a real estate investor, speaker and corporate CEO. He has negotiated hundreds of acquisitions in multiple states from private individuals, banks, and hedge funds. Nick has been featured in Fortune Magazine and the LA Times, contributed to articles in the news media including CNN Money Magazine, the Press Enterprise and more.
Kristi Cirtwill moved from Toronto to Long Beach in 2007 to start a full-time rehab/re-sell business. Since 2008, she has purchased over 250 houses in Southern California, and her specialty is buying "hoarded houses". Her current projects include numerous flips, as well as keeping some houses as rentals and building ADU's for cash flow.
Evan Brown has completed over a hundred deals as wholesales, flips, note selling and buying and manages over 60 rental units here in the Inland Empire since 2010. A long-time member of the IEREIC with great well-rounded knowledge, Evan is also one of the club's official mentors.
