Sunday Morning Hills
All paces are welcome but this is primarily a walking meet-up. Walk UP Soquel to Slate, then UP Highview to the top and back DOWN to Albertsons. Alternate routes too. The group decides which route. Emphasis on UP and DOWN, not speed. Meet at 6:40, step off at 6:45am. Remember, these runs are not supported with water stations, etc. so you should bring your own water and wear reflective clothing and lights because winter is coming and it may be still be dark at the start of the run.
