This group is focused on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. IFS is used by practitioners, therapists, and life coaches to help people work through many different forms of trauma. Trauma may include anxiety, depression, avoidance, attachment issues, relationship issues, abandonment, loneliness, and a myriad of other issues that prevent people from living fuller lives. Many people feel trapped in their daily routine and have no clue how they got there or how to get out. IFS can show you what is keeping you there and how to get yourself out.
We put safety above all else. We do not allow any form of criticism, shaming, blaming, or other forms of personal attacks on other members. Although you may mean well, please refrain from giving advice to other members. Any form of aggression or sexual advances will result in your removal from the group. No forms of advertising are allowed. There, now we can be friends.
