Free Outdoor Community Reiki Circle + Sound Healing

Join us for a heart-centered afternoon of community connection, healing, and restoration in the beauty of the outdoors!

Our gathering begins with a shared Reiki Circle, where participants are invited to give and receive gentle Reiki energy in a supportive, communal space. This is a chance to experience the healing power of touch and intention as we lift each other up with kindness and care.

Following the Reiki sharing, Lisette will guide the group through a deeply soothing Sound Healing session using crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Allow yourself to fully relax and receive the restorative vibrations designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.
This event offers:

• A safe and nurturing space to connect and share healing energy
• An opportunity to both give and receive Reiki in community
• Immersive sound healing to deeply relax and restore your energy
• Connection with like-hearted souls in nature

No previous experience with Reiki or sound healing is necessary — all are warmly welcome! Bring a blanket or yoga mat to lie on and dress comfortably for the outdoors.
