Please Read!: Personal Hygiene Concern!

Group Organizer
Snohomish, WA
As the organizer I sometimes have to address less than fun concerns. There is a issue among the group that has been growing. I am getting multiple complaints at many of our meetups about body odors. I too have been aware of this & unfortunately at times has been quite noticeable.  We have many members who are extra sensitive to smells as well. In the best interest of the group as a whole, so that everyone can continue to enjoy themselves I am asking that everyone please be overly cautious of personal hygiene on meetup days. We are in close quarters for 7-10 hours and we have had days that the room only continues to ripen.
With the warmer months approaching soon this needs to be addressed now. There is no AC in the area we use and with the fans we normally are able to stay comfortable thanks to the use of the basement and it being naturally cooler than outside. However in the past the fans have assisted in distributing the strong scents.
It was a little challenging for me to write this email but the concern has grown so great that it must be addressed and I am asking that our group as a whole care about one another sensitivities and please be sure your total hygiene for meetup days is addressed. This means clean bodies, showers, your outfit clean & washed and please wear deodorant!
Again, not my favorite type of email to send and I do not want anyone's feelings hurt but as an organizer I do not want members to feel uncomfortable or this to grow to the point that they feel they cannot attend. I greatly appreciate your understanding in my position and your attention to these details as a group.
Thank you all & see you at the next meetup!
Mitzi - xoxo
