IndianStartups Network (ISN) Mentor Connect Program Overview
The ISN Mentor Connect program has been designed to help startup at various stages and phases to solve their day to day problems through expert guidance. Indian Startups Network has a clear Mission and vision for this program.
Our Mission: To improve the success rate of startups while bringing down the cost of entrepreneurship
Vision: To help every startup that seeks our help to realize their Mission and Vision
· To provide a cost effective and affordable Startup Mentoring program
· To ensure that the Startups get much more value for their money
· To help Mentors to monetize their skills while helping the startups
Scope of Mentor Connect program
Based on our interactions with our startup members we have realized that there is no one-size fits all solution for startup mentoring.
That is why IndianStartups has grouped startups into three categories
Note: RSVPs with out Phone and Email will be meaningless as we will not be able to connect with you over phone or email. So if you cannot provide phone and email id please do not RSVP.
Duration of the program
Program duration is 3 months and the same can be extended/shortened as per the requirement.
Agenda and sessions in the program

General domains / industries of focus
The mentors are allocated based on the mutual comfortableness. Both IT & Non-IT startups will be mentored.
Days and Time of sessions
The sessions are usually planned based on mutual convenience. The sessions can be face to face or skype/ telephone.
ISN would encourage the first few sessions as face to face and the subsequent sessions can be as per convenience.
Session specific details
All session summaries would be recorded and the action items are listed and tracked by both the parties. As of now, just a simple email system would be used, with an excel tracker. A new worksheet would be used for every session and all the action items are tracked to closure.
The sessions are weekly and only 2 weeks are kept as backup. The engagement won’t be extended beyond three months unless there are some very special circumstances.
