For all our new players — **WELCOME!** 🎉 This is our **C-level group**, perfect for players who already know the fundamentals of volleyball and understand the rules.
If you’re totally new to volleyball, check out our **Beginner Clinics** on weekends — the best place to start learning and having fun!

### 🔹 **Basic Game-Day Rules**

* Games go to **15, 21, or 25 points (rally scoring)** depending on rotation.
* **SIGN WAIVER** before playing.
* Lose a point if you touch the net, cross the line on a serve, “carry” the ball, or go under the net.
* If the ball hits the ceiling and lands on your side = still in play.
* If it hits the ceiling and goes to the other side = out.
* If you arrive late, please wait for the current set to finish before joining.

This is a **CO-ED adult volleyball club** for players **16 years and older**.

### 🚫 **No-Shows Policy**

We understand life happens — sickness, emergencies, or days off. But **no-shows** (RSVP and not showing up without notice) affect everyone. Please be respectful to your teammates and the Espiguita staff who work hard to organize the games.
**Policy:**

* 3 no-shows allowed in 3 months.
* After 3, you’ll move to the **waiting list**.
* After 3 months of perfect attendance, you’ll be reinstated.
* Guest no-shows count toward your record.

### 🕒 **Late Cancellations**

Last-minute RSVP removals create delays and unbalanced teams.
To keep things running smoothly:

1. Cancel **at least 1 hour before game time** (applies to guests too).
2. After 2 reminders, late cancellations count as a no-show.
3. After 3 no-shows, you’ll be placed on the waiting list.
4. After 3 months of perfect attendance, your record is cleared.
