Tilt Screening, or Tilt Metal Panic!

  • Sep 10, 2010 · 6:30 PM

We will be returning to Tilt to screen two great anime titles. One will be from an anime grab bag of mediaworkds titles to start off the night with breaks for discussion, and follow it up with an intermission before three episodes of Fumoffu (subbed). Fumoffu is our continuing screening series for Sept/Oct and we'll finish it up over the next few meetups. Parking is available in the Circle Center mall parking lot which is $1.50 for up to 3 hours. In addition, metered street parking is free after 6. The Tilt Movie Theater is located in the middle of the Tilt arcade (formerly Sega Gameworks) on the fourth floor of the Circle Center Mall; take the escalator up from the food court. If you need help finding the theater just ask the friendly staff at the prize redemption stand. Most of the staff are otaku themselves and members of the IAU.

Yeah cobblestone adds character but also car accidents to most neighborhoods. Just let us know if you need a ride in the future.

I'm sure it'll be until 10 at the very least, or at the most 11. Unfortunately as Anthony's tire just blew (again, he's blaming broken pink bricks in the road), I'm not sure that we'll make it.

No need to bring anything, unless it's money for something to drink from the concession stand (they do still have a concession stand don't they Gabe?). The event is free, as all events will be at Tilt. If you'd like to offer up whatever anime you have (region 1 only please), you can post the titles you own in the discussion board. Having a limited budget, we rely a lot on what title are available from our members to do these screenings.
