Personal Invitation to the Six Feet Up Plone Deployment Workshop

Dear IndyPy Membersr:

I thought you may be interested to know that Six Feet Up is offering
its Plone Deployment Workshop again this fall. The event will be on
November 11 and 12 at at the Omni Severin Hotel, downtown Indianapolis.

This year the workshop will feature 2 tracks. Our goal is to give
systems administrators a full tool box for managing Plone on their
networks. Feature speakers will include some Plone All-Stars like Liz
Leddy, Chris McDonough, Ricard Newbery and Clayton Parker. Talks
include great topics, such as "Plone Deployment from A-Z", "Plone
Monitoring Strategies", and "Making Smart Systems Decisions".

Full details can be found at:

Here's what an attendee to the 2008 Plone Deployment Workshop said:

"I highly recommend the Plone Deployment Workshop. The money and time
I invested attending the workshop has been paid back ten times over
(probably more). Moreover, specific questions I had regarding caching
were easily answered by SixfeetUp's Team and Presenters. I walked away
with a serious production problem solved!"
Rob Rogers
CTO, StrateComm LLC

A registrant for this year's workshop had this to say:

"Six Feet Up's workshop appeals to me because it will give the
experienced Plone user a fresh look at how other organizations deploy
and use Plone. So often we get comfortable with doing "what has always
worked", but in doing that we can miss out new features and
capabilities. Plone has been so rapidly developing in the past few
years, it has been difficult to keep up. I would think that now is the
perfect time to get up to speed with the current and future versions
of Plone. The Six Feet Up Plone Deployment Workshop is an opportunity
to learn some best practices from people with an extensive, proven
track record."
