I trekked in Nepal last October for 3 weeks, 12 hour days & 10,000 to 15,000 feet elevation gain per day. Only food available was vegan, with yak butter sometimes. I felt great! So went completely veggie when I got back.

Need more ideas about where to eat when I'm away from home. Not many vegetarian items on most restaurant menus.
