Grill + Picnic: SPANISH, GERMAN, FRENCH, CHINESE conversation

The weather is good, so we will be in the park at 13.00. It may be a bit windy, so take adapted clothes. Or, like you can say in Swedish: "kläder efter väder" :-)

Come along for extra practice of FrenchSpanish, German or Chinese in the park.

Now that it's summer we are going to meet at in Rålambshovsparken.

Please check this event on Sunday morning, and we will write a comment if we think that there is a risk that the weather can be bad (cold, rainy, windy...) and we decide to meet inside (in the Café Art) and later (at 15.00, except for the Chinese group that will meet like before at 14.00).

Here you can check the weather forecast for the park area:[masked]/

IF THE WEATHER IS GOOD, we will meet in Rålambshovsparken at 13.00. In that case, just go to the park and look for one of our big flags "We are here" (see picture).
Don't hesitate to bring your picnic and/or your grill and whatever you want to put on it.
Don't forget to come with a bottle of water and suncream, but also a jacket if it gets suddenly colder :-)
No need to take a picnic blanket, we will already have a lot of them.

IF THE WEATHER IS BAD, we will meet in Café Art (Västerlånggatan 60, in Gamla Stan) at 15.00, like before the summer (except the Chinese group, that will gather at 14.00). We can't go there at 13.00 because it is crowded with "normal" customers at that time, so we have to go later.

Languages we usually have on Sundays:

  • German
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Italian
  • Chinese

In the discussion groups we usually have at least one native speaker who helps by correcting language mistakes. Note that helpers are not teachers, everybody in the group should help the discussion running.

The first time you attend, you will be asked to fill in a membership form, this is purely for the records of the group only.

Please be considerate of other members by keeping your RSVPs up to date and attending events when you indicate that you will.

A big welcome from all the organizers and helpers of this group!
