These classes are designed to provide the experience of self-realization and to impart basic understanding of meditation, balancing techniques and the human system of subtle energies. During these classes, you will learn how to progress with your meditation at home, maintain inner peace, satisfaction and happiness through Sahaja Yoga techniques.
The classes are held on Saturdays 10 to 11:30 am in the meeting room on the 5th floor of the Harold Washington Library. This is a beginner level course, its format is educational and practical. Aspiring students finish the course with a certain level of experience of meditation and vibratory awareness, although the level of experience is very individual. The classes do not involve any physical exercise so the type of attire is not important.
