Unlock Your Creative flow - intuitive dance and arts classes every Monday.

After amazing online classes in June I decided to bring another topic this month and continue our dancing discoveries together.

For July I prepared classes which will bring out our creativity. Beside intuitive dance we will have a moment with different forms of arts.
In order to make it work in best possible way for everyone, please read what to expect every class and what to prepare.

What we will do ?

7.07 - painting / drawing ( prepare some paper and pencils or paints if you have, if not anything you can draw something on the paper with is fine)
14. 07 - poetry ( prepare a paper and pen)
21.07 - music ( making sound with any object you want , if you have any instrument- perfect )
28.07 - song (prepare a paper and pen), we will also use our voice during the class

Class step by step :

1. Meditation ( for focus and being present during the class)
2. Quick presentation to get to know each other
3. Guided dance process
4. Creative activity ( art of the week)
5. Feedback, sharing

In total it will take max 1h 30 minutes.
