Storyboards and Auto Layout (Paid Event)

Event details => http://www.iosweekend.com.

Pre-registration is required for this event. You will not be able to register on the day of the event.

Weekend Only! - No Need To Take Time Off From Work!

This 1-day workshop will teach you how to turn UI design concepts into working code. Apple is known for providing superior user interfaces to their applications. The bar is very high for the applications you will be building. Having a talented UI/UX designer on your team is a requirement to achieve success in the app store. You must also have the skills to turn the design into running code.

A combination of lecture and hands-on exercises will help you master advanced user interface programming using storyboards and auto layout. Learn to organize your view controllers into scenes and specify segues to describe your application navigation. You will learn how to express the relationships between user interface elements using a series of constraints. Three methods of creating auto layout constraints will be covered (Interface Builder, Visual Format Language, Code). Techniques for laying out composite views, custom table view and collection view cells will be explored.

    These are commercial training classes. The original Meetup announcement incorrectly stated that the classes were $10. Registration is handled via Eventbrite, not Meetup. Our 1-day workshops are $375 and our 2-day workshop is $600.
