    Hi everyone!
Thank you again for those who both participated in IoTHackDay 2015, attended the "open house voting" at 8:00 pm last Saturday or were a part of the LED Costumes session. It was an amazing day and I hope you had a lot of fun meeting the teams, learning about their product and the hard work they completed in just 12 hours. For those of you that were unable to attend, below is a link to a slideshow with a small sample of the awesome photos that John Hoaglun took. Thanks John!

If you are curious, I posted the winning teams and some thoughts from the event on our website at:

We definitely will be back again next year with more teams, more collaboration and more innovation around the Internet of Things! Finally, a quick reminder that we are planning the 2nd annual IoTFuse Conference this spring. Be sure to sign up for updates at:

Did anyone see a mini-projector in a white box left over afterward by the way? I had brought a lot of stuff in...can't find that thing at the moment.

Were there supposed to be shirts this year?

    1 · October 18, 2015

    • Patrick D.

Yes, there were shirts...sounds like you didn't get one...? I'm not sure if there were extras, I had ordered 80, they were in a pile at the front. Justin may have grabbed some additional, I will try to check.

    Hi Chip,
Yes, it is possible to stop on in during the day if you are curious just to learn what the teams are building. I'm sure they would love to talk with people who are interested in their product!

I'm not going to be able to make the 8pm slot. Is it possible to walk around earlier in the day?

Hello everyone! I'm looking forward to having you all attend the 2nd Annual #IoTHackDay on Oct 17th at 8:00 pm. Teams will have been hacking all day by the time you arrive and will be excited to share with you what they have built. Come and mingle with the teams and fellow IoT enthusiasts as we celebrate the creative talent and entrepreneurship we have here in Minnesota around the Internet of Things!

Is it too late to sigh up to see the results at 8:00? How can I get a couple seats?

    1 · September 26, 2015

    • Patrick D.

Hi Mark, thanks for your question. No it's not too late at all. Just sign up under this event and you're in. If you want to bring a guest, just mark that you're bringing a guest. Thanks!
