Let's Alter Something

Notice how I left that wide open?  Linda said that Annette said that.....  Okay, Annette found an altered muffin tin on Pinterest.  I tried to find it and found no muffin tin but lots of other tins.  I thought it might be fun to alter something---whatever you like.  A muffin tin, an altoid tin (they are too small for me, hard to work on or in), a shoe, a journal cover, start a book, work in an incomplete book, a canvas, and I could go on and on.  Just find something that you want to alter and bring it.

I will bring my usual box of "stuff" and throw in some collage sheets, paper, cut-outs, etc. Lots of embellishments.  I have plenty to share.  Bring what you can.  Even if you don't want it, it could be "that perfect something" for someone else.

Bring your standard supplies, paper towels, and something to cover your work space with. Do better than I did last time.

I'm looking forward to see what everyone brings to alter.  I have an unhinged and a hinged tin, about 4x6.  I will use one of them.  Do a Google search on images for altered tins.  Lots and lots of inspiration.  Pinterest too.

Hi. So I have never done any artistic projects like this. I have my item I want to alter - not sure what kind of things to bring: glue? Any particular kind? I have a piece of stamped tin that has a wide wood frame around it. Any suggestions?
