**Prerequisites
Open to Children ages 7-13

Isha Hatha Yoga for Children offers an introduction to Yoga through simple life-transforming practices. These include:

  • Upa Yoga: Activates the joints, muscles and energy system
  • AUMkar Meditation: Enhances focus, memory and mind-body coordination
  • Nadi Shuddhi: Balances and purifies the system.

The practices are an effective preventative for obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments. The program is designed by Sadhguru and conducted by a highly trained instructor.

## Program Guidelines & session information

  • Attendance for all the sessions is essential. Since the practices are taught step-by-step, if you miss one session, it will not be possible for you to attend the subsequent following sessions.

*Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of time, as we may not be able to accommodate latecomers.

  • Due to the nature of the session, we request you to maintain an empty stomach condition when you come for the session. There should be a gap of:
  1. 4 hours from the last full meal,
  2. 2.5 hours from the last snack,
  3. 1.5 hours from the last beverage (excluding water)
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable (loose) clothing.
  • Bring a yoga mat with you and a cushion if needed as we will be sitting on the floor.
  • As we strive to minimize waste, we recommend bringing a refillable water bottle with you. Refill stations are available.

Saturday, June 13th, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Sunday, June 14th, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

The registration form must be filled out by the Parent / Legal Guardian of the minor Participant.
