- Futures of Education, Educations for the Future
Ours is a time of transitions. A thousand forces are interacting in our world every day, so it's more and more difficult to foresee what the next decades will look like – and how could our educational system prepare students for the future, if the possible futures are countless? During the Meetup, we'll discover what forces of change our younger generations will face, what signals we're already detecting in Luxembourg and what new skills are emerging. But we'll also look for inspiration – from educators, schools and entire countries, who are imagining new educations. And finally, we'll work together with 20 youth workers from all over Europe to create a common vision for the future(s) of education – because it takes a global community to solve a global challenge! Program: 11:45 Doors Open 12:00 Welcome by Art Square Lab - Magdalena Jakubowska 12:15 Futures of education, educations for the future – Bianca Bressy 12:45 World Cafè (Lunch included) 14:00 Open discussion and networking
- Client Involvement through Design Thinking and Agility
Whenever we get together with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters or Product Owners we end up talking about customer-centricity, incremental improvement, change of organisational culture and how our work can contribute to it. We all have our approaches that we got used to by now, but if we play in the same team, how might we bring our efforts together to ensure better business and customer value? Is it only about adding Design Sprints to Development Sprints? or more about competence building of the teams towards customer-focus? or even more about organisational change, like breaking silos? It is time to get together again with the community of innovators in Luxembourg, share some practices and learn from each other: it might be a beginning of the great conversation! In collaboration with Agile meet up. Special thanks to KNEIP for hosting this meet up! 18.30: Doors open 18.45: Customer-centricity with Design Thinking - Art Square Lab 19.15: How to marry Design Thinking and Agile: panel discussion with invited Product Owners and Agile Coaches 20.10: Networking

- Fall in love with your customer's feedback
Welcome to the first Design Thinking meet up in 2018/2019 season! First session will be sponsored by House of Entrepreneurship. Inspired by many talks we had this summer about what does it take to be customer-centric while developing product or service, we open discussion about it in the meet-up group. Till now we have heard a lot about fears of being criticised, concerns to show unfinished product (is that really unprofessional?), focus on better NPS score...What about sorting out together the tools that can facilitate our contact with customers in user-research phase, ideation and testing? Let's see how do they work in practice! 18.45 Welcome by Magdalena Jakubowska (Art Square Lab) 19.02 Panel discussion with Piotr Gawel (Art Square Lab) and Philip Grother (Test My App)[masked] open discussion and networking Big thanks to House of Entrepreneurship for sponsoring this meet-up!
