Ciò che siamo

The Light Within – Beauty & Books is mostly focused on beauty, books and self esteem but we will have different kind of events like movies, musicals, shows, plays, ballet events, walks and storytelling.

This group is for people who enjoy the beauty in the world, in life, in books. People who wake up every day and decide that life it’s worth living, no matter what. People who start again from scratch, looking for the light within, their inner strength. Facing every challenge, love and compassion are the only answers. Our sensitivity makes us human, we should be proud of it and use it to become the best version of ourselves, to rise like a phoenix, out of our ashes. Find the living light inside of us, fight to improve ourselves, to heal our hearts, to search the truth.

If you like every form of beauty in the world and books, if you want to focus more on your self esteem… this group is waiting for you! A space where we can share comfort, warmth and find courage and strength through beauty and books we love.

Once a month and maybe more we will have different kinds of book clubs: contemporary fiction, fantasy, science fiction, travel writing books and mostly classics.

“My dear,
In the midst of hate, I found there was, within me, an invincible love.
In the midst of tears, I found there was, within me, an invincible smile.
In the midst of chaos, I found there was, within me, an invincible calm.
I realized, through it all, that…
In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.
And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – something better, pushing right back.
Truly yours,
Albert Camus”
