    Siete pronti per cucinare? Let's have fun together making fresh pasta from scratch, sipping wine, listening to Italian music and practicing our Italian no matter what your level is! In fact the language of food needs no words but just a great palate! We will share the food we prepare and one of the simple pleasures of life : La buona tavola!

    This will be the first class of a series of a series ( once a month). You can pay per each class $30.00 or buy a package of 4 for $96.00 ( that's 20% discount). 

    The package includes a FREE DVD of the recorded classes available to all members who participate to 4 consecutive cooking classes

    If you have a large kitchen and would like to host a class, please let us know.

    If approved there will be no charge to the host.

    Classes will be approximately 4 hours and will be held on Friday evenings.

    Our first class will start with pasta making thought by an expert on the subject! 

    Jerusa will demonstrate how to make "gnocchi" and "tagliatelle!" by hand ( no machines used....) and then we will all get our hands in the dough!

    After, I will personally teach you how to make three types of sauces: 

    Pesto ( green) From Genova / Liguria

    Panna e prosciutto  ( white) Many region claim this dish to be their own ( Veneto,Emiglia, Toscana........) but one thing I know for sure: non of them call it ALFREDO!

    Bolognese (red) From Bologna/ Emiglia Romagna

    Molto facile! anzi.....FACILISSIMO!

    These sauces will be used to " Condire la pasta" and " La cena e` servita!

    We ask our guests to BYOW ( bring your own wine) if you prefer it to Iced Tea  or water with your meal.

    Needless to say this class is not for everyone but if you are a " BUONGUSTAIO" you must not miss it!

    I ask all participants to sign up  including any guests they wish to bring by the deadline as there are logistics and expenses required to prepare for the lesson. 

    You must RSVP and pay by the deadline to reserve your spot since  the event is hosted in a private home and space is limited! Don't procrastinate!
