Pochi Ma Buoni # 1 Something Different for Thursday: Informal Cooking Class

Thursday, is an Italian evening of socializing, good wine, cooking with me (fun and informal Cooking Class), fun and relax.
Spend the evening with me and friends making dinner together, sipping wines from my cellar, laughing and socializing with wonderful Italian music. If you are interested in a more interactive cooking experience while relaxing and learning about la mia Madrepatria cusine , wines, and culture, this is the perfect combination of all that.
We will do my favorite dishes, create new ones, experiment new ingredients and spices, challenge our palate.
I will provide the food, wine ( in reasonable amount), tables, tablecloths, glasses, aprons, pots , pans printed recipes for existing dishes...................etc..... The cost will be $39.00 per person.
You can bring a bottle of your favorite wine if you want and please help me with the cleaning .
This special meet up is open to 12 people in my home in Lafayette and prepayment is required. In case of cancellation your payment will be applied to the next event.
