[Collab] Making Personas, Journeys, and Blueprints Valuable

Ever get the feeling that personas, journeys, blueprints, and other UX artifacts have turned into point-in-time activities, created once, and never to be used again?

Designers love them. Stakeholders either don’t understand them or don’t know how to use them. Developers rarely see them.

We’re going to experiment with a slightly different event format and collaborate together to see how we can make these artifacts useful again throughout the entire experience lifecycle.
