A relaxed get-together (in English) twice a month (Saturdays 5:00 - 7:00 p.m; dinner afterwards optional). We explore ideas that help us to approach ourselves and the world more mindfully, with the goal of becoming clear and compassionate. A half-hour meditation is part of each class.
