Developed from Aikido, Daito-Ryu, Taichi and Yoga, iFit teaches how the human body works technically, psychologically, and biologically.
Through "Tanren" (standing, walking and sitting exercises), iFit encourages habits to practice in everyday life for an intelligent body. A person with an intelligent body gains acute awareness and control of the state of the mind-body even in stressful times.
We teach how to harness "internal forces" in your body rather than conventional power and speed, which no other fitness instructor can teach you.
Our members are usually people who have found a physical or mental limit in their previous ways of training. We are not here to overcome your limit, however we do offer a smart alternative to becoming physically fit. Take one example: We can not help you move faster, but we can help you move more efficiently while appearing faster to other people.
The unique thing about our group is that although there is a curriculum, we are constantly evolving our training methods based on new discoveries and areas that require attention. We each experiment with our own body and verify our results through our own experiences. We each participate in our own odyssey to find our intelligent body.
