Hello :) 

You are hereby invited to outdoor asanas, pranayama and meditation in Kyoto. You will benefit from very effective techniques from 'yoga' that will loosen your tensions on three levels: Asanas (poses) will loosen your bodily tensions (by applying the correct technique, which many yoga schools unfortunately don't teach). Pranayama techniques (energy control using your breath) will loosen your mental tensions. These techniques are very effective at changing your mind state and creating clear mind states with increased energy. Meditation (not from yoga, but Buddhist meditation, which is much more effective) will further loosen your mental tensions The combination of the right techniques applied correctly and in the right order will leave you feeling refreshed and energised and ready to do whatever you do better. This is my own personal experience and I am sure you will agree :) I have lived and studied authentic hatha yoga in an ashram setting for three months and have afterwards lived as a karma yogi in another ashram for half a year. I am a practicing Buddhist (since 2001) and have spent six months at temples in the West and East. I have also arranged meditation-retreats in Europe.
