Hi! I'm Orié, ZUMBA instructor.
I've taken over this Meetup group, 東京ズンバ Tokyo ZUMBA Fitness Dance, from my ZUMBA brother Evan as he has moved back to Australia.
I want to continue the fun vibe created by Evan and add my flavor, to make this the most exciting ZUMBA party with you all!
If you are looking for a ZUMBA class in Tokyo, come on and join me!
This Zumba class is for everyone, locals and foreigners.
Class is open to all levels from beginner to experienced ZUMBA lovers. It's not a dancing class, it's a Zumba fitness class. You don't even have to know the choreography. Simply follow instructions from ZUMBA instructor that's it and have fun. Come and try, I guarantee you'll have a blast. Am looking forward to see you there.
Zumba is Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each ZUMBA class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
Benefits : A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
This is a bilingual class.
