Japanese cooking classes in Tokyo, Homemade cooking style

Japanese food has developed in a unique way, and we can experience its originality by making them. We would like to focus on learning homemade dishes so that members can cook them again at each home by themselves.

We would like to deliver our Japanese homemade dishes to member's families or friends after returning home.

We have offered more than 100 kinds of menus ever, so we can cook on the basis of the paticipants' request. (i.e. Sushi Roll, Chirashi Sushi (Scattered sushi), Sashimi cutting, Tempura, Udon, Teriyaki, Okonomiyaki, Katsudon, Gyoza, Simmered Mackerel in Miso, Boiled Eggplant, Miso Soup, Maguro steak, Saba no Misoni , Sake no Chanchan-yaki (baked salmon with Miso-local speciality of Hokkaido region ), Sakana no Nanban-duke(Deep-fried fish marinated in a vinegar sauce, Nimono(Simmered fish and vegetables), Kani cream Korokke (Japanese crab cream croquettes ), Ika-meshi(boiled squid stuffed with rice ), Karaage(Japanese chicken fries (soy sauce taste), Oyako-don (a bowl of rice with (soy‐and‐sugar‐seasoned) chicken, egg , and vegetables), Nasu to Tori no Nimono(Simmered eggplant and chicken with Japanese soup stock(Dashi) and soy sauce ), and etc.)

She learned the basics of Japanese cooking from my mom at a young age and also went to cooking/baking schools in Japan. I have been learning Kaiseki style cooking which is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner by Keiko Okamura who is famous for an authentic Kaiseki style trainer.

Aug 2013, her recipes and articles of Tempura has been introduced by the Tokyo Journal Magazine which is the most traditional magazine about Japanese culture in English.
