Feel free to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time and get comfortable!
11:00–12:30 | Dashi-Making Workshop

• Learn how to make classic dashi using kombu (kelp) and katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
• Season and taste your own broth
• Discover everyday uses for dashi in home cooking (miso soup, tempura dipping sauce, etc.)

12:30–13:30 | Hanayashiro Makanai Lunch

• Dashimaki-tamago
• Clear broth soup (Wanmono)
• Seasonal vegetable plate, and more

・ご参加の皆さまで、味付け＆テイスティング
・出汁を使った日常のレシピ紹介（漬け地、味噌汁、天ぷら出汁など）
12:30〜13:30｜花八代のまかないランチ
・だし巻き卵
・椀もの
・季節の野菜の盛り合わせ など
