My life thema is ; "Enjoing life as healthy, beauty, well-balanced bright Being"
I'm an overcomer and improved radicaly of the Depression/ massive iron-deficiency anemia. Also get over adhesion/co-dependency with my mother and ex-husband.
When I had those symptoms, lots of things are overlapped at a time; - my international marriage has destroyed - nursing-care for my family - stress of overseas living - pressure of work
.... Because of the depression/ massive iron-deficiency anemiasymptoms, could stop then face myself totally and finally.
I could recover below mutual-action, though struggled with medication effect several years. -orthomo lecular (fix the balance of nutition ) - meet reliable doctor and mentor - learn and practice deep layer consciouness/psychology/ energy work

I do understand the effectiveness/importance of professional's support. However, they can not take care of you all the time.
