Welcome to our Photography Club! My name is Julian, I'm a commercial photographer based in Tokyo.
This meetup is about:
- Expeditions/Trips: You might want to take part of a small one day trip in order to take pictures in nice different settings. It also includes hanging out in some mysterious and original places in Tokyo too.
- Classes/Courses For beginners who want to get started, or intermediates who want to improve some aspects of their technique, I will be occasionally giving classes outdoors to a small group of students. No matter your equipment. It also includes Photoshop classes. It's a great opportunity to meet new people and learn together in a more effective way. Sharing always makes improving faster!
- Theme photography Sometimes we will be organizing events with different themes. It might be studio photography, nature photography, portraits, black & white or even more specific themes like pictures including fire, water or anything else! It a great occasion to work all together on a subject no matter the skills, to share tips, techniques, discoveries and improve ourselves.
- Meetings Of course regular meetings will be organized too. Just the time to relax, talk about anything related or not to Photography. It's also the moment you can all bring your works and share the stories/background with us. We can simply listen, give advices, opinions in order to help each other. We might sometimes go to expositions, museums...
