We will meet a medical student from Germany and talk about hospital culture in Japan and Germany.
As long as we keep staying in our own country, we really face to the differences of cultural common sense with our colleagues,especially in Japan. Do you think your hospital has unspoken rules?

Healthcare professionals from overseas might utter loss what to do in their workplace because they face to the differences of culture or common sense.Japanese healthcare professionals will often face to the cultural diversity in medical facilities.We can see our unspoken rules in our hospital by talking with someone who can observe our culture from outside.
