So you’ve gone balls-deep? Now it’s time to go deeper.

Our slightly more intense head coach (Jamie) will lead an intermediate-advanced level volleyball training session with technique work, team and tactical training, finishing with some competitive 6 v 6 games!

→ Level: Intermediates or those that want to learn and practice advanced concepts in a more intense and competitive environment. (Advanced players and anyone serious about volleyball welcome - still good supportive vibes as always)
→ Format: 1 court, 3 hours, drills and game time at the end.
→ Drills: Changes weekly between serve, receive, defence, spiking, setting, and blocking. Main focus is on developing team play.
→ Facilities: Changing rooms and showers.
→ Event is held in English (Japanese support available)
→ Club/Event Fee: ¥2000

【When you arrive】

Please arrive on time since this training is more structured.
Reception is downstairs.

→ Change your shoes at the reception.
→ Go straight to the gym on 2F
→ Say 'kyo-gi-jou' (競技場) if the reception asks.

【Bring】

• Indoor shoes/Gym shoes
  ※NO outdoor shoes

The gym may refuse entry if you don't have indoor shoes.
