Follow me as I'll lead a mostly BRISK (to MODERATE) 5 mile or so loop. We can do a little extra at the end around Dogwood Dell or Pump House. It's National Ice Cream Day. We'll stop by Scoop halfway for ice cream and/or free coffee.
