Why not join us for a great end to the working week! This class is open to all levels - beginners and experienced yogis alike. With a focus on healthy alignment and technique you will be guided to work to your best ability whatever your level and no matter how flexible you are.
After stretching through a range of different postures - standing, sitting, twists etc. - we usually finish with 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation so you can leave feeling re-energized, relaxed and ready for the weekend.

No experience necessary. Complete beginners welcome. All equipment and mats provided.
