Shoe-G Ueyama / Canva Japan – Growth & Ops Lead
Responsible for leading Canva’s growth strategy and operations for the Japanese market. With more than 20 years of experience across global tech companies, SaaS organizations, and startups, he has driven business expansion through digital strategy, growth marketing, and product localisation. Also active as an author and business-skills instructor, bringing a practical approach to connecting marketing and data insights with real-world execution.
▼Special Guest / Senior Marketer (B2B & Global)
A senior marketer with more than a decade of experience in global companies and the B2B technology sector. Has led partner marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, and channel strategy across multiple international markets, contributing to business growth through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Also experienced in product and service localisation in collaboration with teams in Japan and overseas, bringing a globally minded and practical approach to marketing grounded in real-world expertise.

グローバルB2B領域、グロースマーケティング、プロダクトローカライゼーションなど、幅広い分野で活躍してきたマーケター2名をゲストに迎え、
