Im being doing some searching on the net. but most site i found say you need at less a 3year bachelor degree.
to be able to get a work visa there. I hear some did got they re work visa with out having any degree at all.
Hope someone can help me on this one. Thanks.

Usually, the first important thing to getting a work visa in Japan, is having a job in Japan.
The company in Japan that employs you is the one who's gonna be able to sponsor your visa.

There is also this thing called "Work holiday visa". I am not sure whether Singaporeans are eligible for it.
The Japan Consulate might be able to help you with more information on this.
I believe they have consulting hours for visa related matters.
