TIME: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

11615 Forest Central Drive, Suite 206
Dallas, TX 75243

Alex Maciulaitis, JET Program Coordinator at the Consulate-General of Japan at Houston, will be present to explain the application process and answer any questions.

The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program aims to promote grass roots internationalisation at the local level by inviting young overseas graduates to assist in international exchange and foreign language education in local governments, boards of education and elementary, junior and senior high schools throughout Japan. It seeks to foster ties between Japanese citizens (mainly youth) and JET participants at the person-to-person level.

Participants are placed with local government organisations throughout Japan in every imaginable locality, including large cities, small and medium-sized towns, and rural farming and fishing villages.

For questions about the information session, please contact Lauren Sethney at the Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth (TEL[masked] / EMAIL [address removed]).See More
