7 - 7:15 Networking & Light Dinner (Thanks Google)

7:15 - 7:30 Announcement

7:30 - 8:45 Ember.js by Yehuda Katz

8:45 - 9:00 Q&A

Talk Description

If you've been curious about Ember.js and how it differs from the rest of the crowded client-side MVC framework, this is the talk for you. Yehuda will show you how declarative bindings and data-bound templates slash boilerplate from your application, allowing you to focus on what really matters instead of boilerplate.

I have two more videos but hit Flickr's limit yesterday. I'll try to post what I have on YouTube later. I also run out of battery with my iPhone while recording so I don't think I have much on the templating (handlebar) and data-binding stuff.

Thanks Jerome for posting these. Unfortunately it's not showing the guts of the stuff.

    Hey everyone!

As mentioned, the first Ember.js meetup is happening in SF in about two weeks, on February 21st. Exact location and speaker details should be posted within a day or two, but if you want to learn more... that's a good next step :)

Is this talk going to be streamed by any chance?

The event is at 7:00pm. Another group has the room until 7, so we were not able to start at 6.
