Join us for a dynamic session filled with exercises that promote cardio and strength training, acrobatics, and self-defense techniques.
The first part of the class will cover capoeira movements. In the second 1/2 half, we will cover music and history.
No experience required!
*Donations not required but, appreciated.
Please wear clothes you feel comfortable exercising in, bring water, a snack and a towel.
